PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been shipped, we are
unable to cancel or make any changes to your order. If your order has
not yet been fulfilled, please contact us via our Contact Page or Chat With Us and our team will be in touch.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- When the store policy changes due to these unprecedented climate and the return policy is put on hold indefinitely. Return Policy
Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order
is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
Furthermore, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us via our Contact Page Chat With Us and our team will be in touch.
We shall not be held responsible for any shipping deliveries that may
be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS
or any other international courier to the local carrier in your country
or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees,
customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United
Packages undelivered by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
Customers can download the Shop App from their order status page to get live tracking updates of their order. We know you are excited to get your order, but don't worry! This just means you're checking it too quickly. We print our shipping labels, notify you and then ship it out. You are our first priority.
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows: Flat Shipping rate fee for all our orders.

1). If you made a mistake in your order, please notify us of the requested change immediately as the production of your order often will begin on the same day you placed the order. We are only able to make changes to your order prior to production.
2). If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us of the requested change immediately. We are only able to make changes to your shipping address prior to shipping your order. We cannot offer a refund if you notify us after the order has been shipped to the original address.
